Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although rare, mistakes can happen. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist you.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement item at no additional cost.

Non-Eligible Cases

We are unable to offer replacements or compensation in the following situations:

• Requests made after 48 hours from delivery
• Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Minor differences in color or appearance due to lighting or screen settings
• Incorrect size selection by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase

Replacement Process

If your request is approved:

1. Our team will confirm the issue and provide replacement instructions.
2. A replacement item will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
3. You may be asked to return the damaged/incorrect item depending on the case.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
