All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed on business days only (Sunday–Thursday), excluding public holidays and peak sale periods.

During high-demand periods such as sales, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We always do our best to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping & Delivery Time

After processing, orders are shipped and delivered within 7 business days from the date of purchase.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Major cities: 2–5 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message containing your tracking details. This allows you to follow your shipment and know exactly when to expect delivery.

If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. This includes full name, phone number, city, area, and any additional delivery instructions.

Top Lady is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Unreachable phone numbers
  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

If an order is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times. If the courier cannot reach you or deliver the package after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, reshipping the order may require additional shipping charges.
